Out of the 779 prisoners detained at Guantanamo, only 23 were charged with a crime and 3 actually found guilty. Could this alone be considered a human rights violation?  From refusal of legal counsel to enhanced interrogation techniques, activists are calling for an investigation of torture at Gitmo. This 30 minute documentary investigates the torture, and asks the question, will those in the Bush administration be held accountable?

One of the biggest debates in the discussion of Gitmo torture is the use of "enhanced interrogation techniques." But what exactly are they?

Members of the Bush administration, such as Cheney, stand by the claim that the success of the techniques is being intentionally overlooked.

But can torture be justified?  Many counterterrorist experts explain that torture simply does not provide actionable intelligence. But is even trying to justify it in itself a flawed approach?
