History of Wind
Wind power is one of our oldest forms of energy. Powering the first boats and sails, by 200 B.C. the earliest windmills were pumping water and grinding grain. Check out the above video to see them in action.
Today, wind energy is making a comeback. Already one of the fastest growing forms of energy, the United States has set a goal of 20% wind energy by 2030, making it comparable to countries like Denmark which currently receives 19.7% of its energy production from wind.
