Anybody can be a Secret Santa; it doesn't have to be about money. It can be a random act of kindness.
A tall man wearing a red cap enscribed with the word Elf surprised families in Reading, Pennsylvania—one of America's poorest cities—with $100 bills. To say that he made their day is an understatement.
This isn't his first giveaway. All he asks for in return, he says, is that the families pay it forward with an act of kindness. This Secret Santa wishes to remain anonymous, and according to the Reading Eagle, he will be bringing his act of kindness to Detroit and many other communities in need over the next few weeks.
