826 is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting students ages 6 to 18 with their creative and expository writing skills, and to helping teachers inspire their students to write. 826’s unique model provides free after-school tutoring and is partly funded by its wildly creative storefronts. We visit the newly opened “Time Travel Mart” in Mar Vista, California.
