Army veterans Tyler Grey and Jayson Floyd, stars of Participant Media's documentary That Which I Love Destroys Me, hope to normalize the often harrowing experience of a soldier returning home after war. Grey and Floyd explain that war and regular society are polar opposites. Soldiers are trained to be aggressive when fighting abroad, and the transition to a peaceful civilian life is not an easy one.

The documentary portrays the new battle soldiers face when they return home—the stigma associated with PTSD and conquering its effects. Floyd and Grey also weigh in on media portrayals of military veterans that turn capable and independent individuals into victims.

That Which I Love Destorys Me premieres Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 7p.m. ET / 4p.m. PT, only on Pivot TV.
