Sunday's expected vote on health care is still very much up in the air. Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic leadership are saying they'll have the votes; GOP leaders content it's all false momentum. But this much is clear: flawed or not, the proposed bill would transform health care in this country. And it's a system in dire need of change—just this week, Arizona announced that it would cut its CHIP program entirely, leaving an expected 47,000 kids without health insurance.
