There is much hype surrounding organic farming these days, but the original reason for its inception still stands: soil. Organic farming ensures the soil stays rich, paving the way for more crops. With this natural process, it is possible to feed the world. Communities will find sustainability, water conservation and jobs, not to mention feelings of accomplishment and self-worth.
