They’ve been arrested for raising awareness about sexual assault. They’ve dedicated their careers to helping women get to school. They’ve made waves in print, on radio, and in online media—all in the name of equal rights for women.
And they’re all under 35.
The next generation of feminist leaders around the world is brave, hardworking, and determined. While you might know the names of some of these figures—such as the inspirational Malala Yousafzai, who took a bullet to the head to defend her right to an education—many others are just starting to rise as global leaders.
