Unfortunate Travel Options in the Developing World
According to AAA, about 42.5 million Americans will take to the nation’s roads, rails, rivers, and skies for the Thanksgiving holiday, an increase of about four percent over last year.
Along their travels, wayfarers can expect gouging gas prices, spiraling ticket hikes, traffic-choked freeways, and TSA officials either photographing their private bits, or doling out a federally sanctioned grope fest.
But before the madness of holiday travel leaves you literally hitting the pavement, consider that American rovers have nothing on the developing world when it comes to commuter pains, whether for holidays or just the daily to-and-fro.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, send a big, wet, sloppy smooch to whichever globetrotting god gave you a cramped nook in coach, instead of a last class ride on the side of a moving train.
