Protest is a global exercise, and the U.S. has some catching up to do.

Participants and organizers of the ongoing Occupy Wall Street protests in New York City have complained—on social media sites—about a lack of coverage in the mainstream media. Occupy Wall Street's feelings of being ignored and marginalized may have some merit. Globally, however, this burgeoning U.S. movement for change is hardly the lead story.
