Peeps is like a lap dog. That makes eggs. The cat has an intense interest in the chicken Missing tailfeathers from a run in w/ some critters Chickens fly further than you'd think

For a while we had a chicken at my father's house as a pet. At first it just seemed like a silly distraction for my stepmother, but once the chicken started laying eggs everyone was really excited. The eggs were delicious and came like clockwork - one per day every morning. It was interesting to get up close and personal with a chicken because I eat them all the time but hadn't really given them a second thought. Think about getting a chicken of your own! They're fun to watch and make breakfast. But be careful - Mr. Peeps got eaten in the backyard one day by neighborhood critters.
