Back to the Roots, an Oakland-based company that uses discarded coffee grounds as soil to grow sustainable, gourmet oyster mushrooms, has launched a new Facebook campaign to get schools involved in growing their own food.
Any time someone posts a picture of their fully grown kit onto Back to the Roots' Facebook page, the company donates a kit and a sustainability curriculum to a an elementary school classroom of their choice!
