The word "salad" usually conjures up images of vibrant greens packed with healthy nutrients. But the salads found on most chain-restaurant menus are nothing of the kind. Chock-full of fat and loaded with calories, every one of these salads is worse for you than a McDonald's Big Mac.
Yep, you read that right. A Big Mac has 550 calories and 29 grams of fat. Some of these "healthy" salads contain three times that amount.
