The mission of Acupuncture Ambassadors (AA) is to travel, teach and treat patients with Acupuncture internationally in areas of the world where healthcare is limited. We are creating Asian Medicine training programs all over the world.

In 2008 we traveled to Vietnam and Cambodia with NADA Vietnam / NADA Cambodia, a group of acupuncturists, massage therapists and lay volunteers. We treated many patients during our three weeks stay and taught a group of 70 blind massage therapists  ear acupuncture treatment that for pain, PTSD and addictions.

AA traveled to Arizona in November 2009 where we joined the Global Alternative Health Project (GAHP) helping treat Native Americans on the Navajo reservation.

The our mission to Nepal resulted in a planned permanent clinic and training facility. Many will be schooled in basic acupuncture protocols for pain, stress, anxiety and PTSD.

AA has just returned from Senegal, West Africa. We joined with The African Organization for Academic and Athletic Development (AOAAD). AA worked in the rehabilitation centers in three hospitals. Acupuncture was welcome and we have been encouraged to return to train staff in acupuncture basics.

Acupuncture Ambassadors have a proposal to establish acupuncture clinics for PTSD in refugee camps.  Please contact me for a copy.
