Srijansil Mahila Samuha (SMS) is a community based organisation formed in the year 2007 by HIV infected women from different socio-cultural background and districts in Nepal. It has total 45 HIV infected women as a general members. It works on advocacy, treatment education, care and support , Positive Speaker Bureau, community awareness, counseling etc. in the field of HIV and AIDS. It has care home center for HIV infeceted women with 5 beds. Inside care home centers, it provides fooding and accomodation services, counseling, regular educational session on HIV, hospital visit, minor treatment support, nutririon support. These all services are free of cost. Mostly clients from out of Kathmandu valley visit to us for these services. SMS has strong coordination and collaboration with all existing HIV related organisation, hospitals , government sector and networks.
