I'm a huge fan of The Minimalist columns and videos by Mark Bittman for the New York Times, and I also love when kids get interested in cooking. So imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon the Mini Minimalist, a three year old who recreates some of Bittmans online videos, virtually word for word. I know that kids are mental sponges for the world around them, but this kids ability to explain the whole recipe for Chocolate Ganache is uncanny. To fully appreciate what you are about to watch, and watch it you must, please watch the original version with Mark Bittman. Okay, now you can marvel at this wunderkind:

Impressed? Why not let him teach you how to make short ribs or shrimp with bok choy?
