From CNN --As American bombs began falling on Afghanistan as retribution for the Taliban's reticence in ejecting Osama bin Laden from Afghanisan, bin Laden gave an interview to Al-Jazeera correspondent Tayseer Alouni explaining how he perceived the conflict between Muslims and the West. He paints the US military as a paper tiger whose fighting spirit is reliant on air strikes and other "cowardly" tactics. This remains Osama bin Laden's only interview given after the 9-11 attacks.
