Working face-to-face with students, teachers have a chance to make a difference every single day.
To keep educators invested in their jobs and passionate about teaching, we need to lend them support. We also need to expect the same from our school boards. School boards have the power to ensure that every child gets a good teacher. All we have to do is talk to them.
