14th Annual Webby Awards Call For Entries

The Annual Webby Awards is now accepting entries for it's 14th year of honors. The Webby Awards recognizes excellence on the Internet. The Webbys are presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a 650-member body of leading Web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities. And new for this year are Green and Media categories.

Green awards will go to sites that focus on "green" issues including concerns for environmental conservation and improvement of the state of the environment. Specific examples include recycling or energy blogs, websites announcing "green" corporate initiatives, conservation-focused blogging or environmentally friendly computer recycling websites.

Media awards include categories such as Best Use of Online Media, Best Use of Social Media, and more.
