I'm curious to know if there are efforts where individuals can assist (maybe invest) in keeping family farms alive. And as a follow-on, do local farms who are not organic find it virtually impossible to 'go organic' due to costs to do so? How can a community help their local farms 'go organic'?
Thank you for helping me understand the food world and I promise that I will lead by example!
I can't wait!!
