The No Impact Project Week Experiment Begins

Last month I told you about the No Impact Project Week, which challenges us all to try to examine and reduce our ecological footprint for seven days, and the experiment begins today!  As excited as I am about this community challenge, inspired by the book and documentary No Impact Man, I must bashfully admit that it slipped my mind today, so my participation will be a day delayed.

I invite all of you to join me and people all across the planet in making a concerted effort to make the planet a cleaner, greener, happier place.  You can blame me for being a day behind, but the important thing is that we put forth an earnest effort, and the experiment will likely bring plenty of pleasant surprises and change the way we connect to the world around us. 

So, to take part in the project follow these directions, which includes steps to follow each day and a variety of  resources and networks to provide advice.  I'll be joining the experiment as well (if a day delayed), so keep me posted on your progress, and I'll let you know how it goes for me.  Check out this video from Colin Beavan, No Impact Man himself, and use the action link below to get started:
