Wind power has shown great promise lately for providing a significant source of sustainable energy all over the world, and one person who has a firm grasp on that potential is William Kamkwamba, a young man from Malawi who reverse engineered a wind mill using scrap parts and images from the library, and brought electricity to his village.
William chronicles his astounding and admirable feat in his memior, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, and last night he made an appearance on The Daily Show.
