Captain Abu Raed: Upcoming Movie Trailer

It is easy to forget about the people in society we don't often hear from, namely the elderly.   They don't have much voice in this world, especially when, like the character in this movie, they are stuck in a job that only helps with their invisibility.

I'm normally not a huge fan of feel good foreign films that are meant for the entire family.  It isn't that they're bad, they're just not my cup of tea.  But Captain Abu Raed looks to be a movie about giving someone a voice and the importance of storytelling and those two things make this a movie I hope many people will see.

The story is a simple one and clearly a feel good one but like in Up! I love the idea of elderly protagonists that find the adventure in life.

There is something about it that gives me hope and takes away any anxiety I have over growing old.
