How Not to Join a Union...

As we continue to hear more about recession woes and companies laying people off and shutting down, unions are something more people should be informed about. Unions give workers a voice and the strength of being able to fight for rights together instead of separately.

Unfortunately, many people don't know much about unions and even if they do know about them it is very difficult to start a union or to even consider it. The video below explains more:
