The Many Wonders of a Beverage I Hate : Milk

I hate animal milk - always have and always will, but nevertheless I find the history of animal milk and our consumption of it pretty interesting.  If you do too, you'll want to give a listen to NPR's Fresh Air segment with food historian Anne Mendelson.  She has written a book called Milk: The Surprising Story of Milk through the Ages.

In the book she looks at how different types of animal milk have been processed and consumed.
