Lady Gaga Partners With Uniqlo to Design Charity T-Shirts for Japan


One day after the release of her new album almost brought down mighty, Lady Gaga is teaming up with Japanese fast-fashion retailer Uniqlo and Conde Nast to design one of 10 limited edition t-shirts to benefit the recovery and reconstruction efforts in Japan.

The shirts, which will retail for $19.90 and go on sale June 25 are expected to raise about $1.2 million.

Other celebs putting on their designer's hat: Gweneth Paltrow, Nicole Kidman, Blake Lively, Charlize Theron, Cyndi Lauper, and Orlando Bloom. They'll be joined by actual designers Karl Lagerfeld, Victoria Beckham and Alber Elbaz.
