Giulia Rozzi

Giulia Rozzi was raised in Boston by two adorable and obnoxious Italian immigrants and grew up (sorta) to become an adorable and obnoxious young lady. Immediately after graduating college Giulia was hired to work as a regular stand-up comic at the The Comedy Store in Hollywood, CA. While in LA she trained at both the Groundlings and Improv Olympic where her first solo show Stupid Foreigners debuted. After three very tan years, Giulia moved to NYC where she and long time friend Margot Leitman host and produce the popular monthly sex-themed storytelling show STRIPPED STORIES. Giulia has been seen on MTV, VH1, Italian MTV, CNN, in sketches on Jimmy Kimmel and has been featured in Glamour and BUST magazine. She was recently nominated for a 2008 ECNY Best Female Stand-up Comic award. Her video series ”The Message Board” which makes fun of crazy brides and can be seen at themessage-board.com. She also helped bring the hit national show Mortified to the East coast and served as the show’s host and curator for three years in both NYC and Boston. As a writer Giulia has contributed to Playgirl Magazine, Shoestring Magazine, LifetimeTV.com, Gawker, 236.com, HuffingtonPost.com, TakePart.com, The Dear Douchebag Blog, and was a contributor and associate editor of the Mortified book: Real Words, Real People, Real Pathetic.
