South Park Spoofs ‘The Cove’

On the next episode of South Park, Stan and the fam visit the Denver Aquarium to swim with dolphins on Stan’s birthday. But things turn bloody when Japanese attack and kill all the dolphins, ruining the celebration. Apparently Stan makes it his mission to save the dolphins from the Japanese.

I think that it’s safe to say that once South Park spoofs something, it has hit popular consciousness. Right?
Let’s hope this leads to some more exposure for the dolphin cause. It’s great to see that South Park is still taking its cues from important world issues. The Cove is an amazing film and the more support it gets the better
