I love Twitter. I am not necessarily proud of this but I will admit it. However, as much as I love it there are days when I read a lot of lame tweets from people I follow (except for @TakePart of course). Likewise I’m sure that I’m guilty of my fair share of lame tweets. Well lucky for us all, there’s a site that not only helps you fight back against lame tweets but also helps to raise money for the environment!
Re:cycled Tweets is a site that allows you to copy and paste lame tweets and add a hashtag. It then takes those characters and recycles them into a brand new tweet. Suddenly the person’s lame tweet is much cooler--or at the very least you were able to alert them to the fact that it was lame in a funny and non-confrontational way.

I kind of love this idea! I can’t wait for someone to have a lame tweet that I can recycle.
[insert the sound of my tweetdeck] Oh, well there you go, that didn’t take long.
