Last night Sylvia Earle, author of “The World is Blue: How Our Fate and the Oceans Are One,” got the Stephen Colbert treatment while trying to explain to him the importance of protecting our oceans and the creatures in it.

Give a watch as Earle is an awesome ocean hero and Colbert, as per usual, is hilarious.
