The massive coal ash spill that occurred in Tennessee last year unleashed billions of tons of toxic sludge, threatening human life and destroying the surrounding ecosystem. And now a special report on 60 Minutes reveals the ongoing threat to the community and the dangerous use of coal ash byproducts used as fillers in everything from golf courses to classroom carpets to kitchen counters.
