Summer is sadly winding down and with it the ability to wear crazy summer outfits and eat tasty summer fruits.  With that, and for my Etsy Pick of the Day, I decided to highlight a wonderful earring that can live on past the summer and that bears a name to remind us of fabulous melons and what not.
The earrings are made by hand by my good friend Dana, the designer behind Daisy Dreams in Color. Her goal was to make hip jewelry but to sell it for prices that weren’t outrageous (which a lot of Etsy jewelry prices tend to be).
Like she says, there earrings consist of “A single grape-like Acrylic bead hangs delicately on gold fill chain and gold fill French wires. Extremely light to wear, these earrings make a very subtle statement.” And as she goes on to explain, gold-fill allows her to sell her pieces for a bit less!
Sounds great to me!
