Whoever thought that simply by changing your underwear you could help change the world?
Turns out that the folks behind PACT, an underwear company that donates part of their proceeds to amazing non-profits, believe that change starts with your underwear. Their snazzy drawers come in a variety of cuts for men and women, and depending on which colorful pattern you choose, PACT will donate to a corresponding charity, all of which are TakePart favorites: Oceana (protect the oceans), Forest Ethics (protect the world’s forests), and 826 National (plant a seed for literacy).Â
PACT underwear is both socially and environmentally responsible, and in addition to donating to non-profits, the company uses organic cotton and low-impact dyes, supports fair labor practices, and ships using reusable and compostable packaging. As far as I can tell, PACT has the cleanest underwear around, and I’d recommend that you join the party. I know I will.
PACT just launched today, so be the first on your block to order a pair (or three), and keep an eye on their blog for cool, upcoming events.
