There are plenty of blogs out there of people sharing their random thoughts or random rants, so it was refreshing to find out that an old friend of mine, Alli D. Seigel is blogging about random acts of kindness. On her blog, 365 Days of Goodness, she is chronicling her 365 good deeds in 365 days.
She started on January 1, 2009, setting out to do something good every day for an entire year for friends, family, strangers, charities, animals, the world… and anything else she can think of.
In addition to her good deeds and links to great causes, Alli posts some wonderful humanitarian quotes like this one: “I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again.”~William Penn
Get inspired, check out 365 Days of Goodness and go out an do some good!
