Rest in Peace Robert S. McNamara

Robert S. McNamara, the influential defense secretary who sent us into Vietnam, has passed away at the age of 93.
McNamara is best known for his involvement with Vietnam, his unwavering support of the war while it was is progress and eventually his profound regret at what he had done. Instead of going over the long history of McNamara I’d like to point you in the direction of a documentary he made with Errol Morris called The Fog of War in which he discusses what went wrong in Vietnam. If you’d like more on the man you can head over to the New York Times, but if you want more on the lessons he learned please watch below:
