Charges Dropped Against Cyber Bully Mom

I can’t believe charges have been dropped against the disgusting 49 year-old cyber bully Lori Drew. Megan Meier killed herself in 2006 after being dumped by a boy - who was actually Drew, the mother of one of her classmates - she had been flirting with online. Watch the AP video.
How does Drew get away with this? More so, how does Drew live with herself after torturing a young girl to the point of killing herself? I thought parents needed to only be concerned about kids bullying one another, not the parents. Pathetic.
