Taking a break from transforming Middle East politics and rescuing the global economy, President Obama made a unexpected appearance on last night’s Colbert Report. Kicking off the Iraq leg of his Persian Gulf tour, Colbert was interviewing Commanding General Raymond Odierno when the president surprised the hundreds of troops sitting in the audience.

Seems the orders of a four star general weren’t enough to sway the faux pundit to shave his head, so the Commander in Chief was forced to step in. See Gen. Odierno’s handy work here.
