The AP is reporting that David Carradine, star of the Kill Bill movies and Kung Fu (the TV series), was found dead in his Bangkok hotel suite at the age of 72.  They are also reporting that his death came at his own hand-but instead of focusing on that, I hope people will focus on what he did while he was alive.

Beyond his work on Kung Fu and his rebirth in Kill Bill Carradine is probably just known for his actor family.  His famous family included his father John his brother Bruce, his half-brothers Keith and Robert and his nieces Ever Carradine and Martha Plimpton.

And even though I am not a fan of Tarantino, I have to admit that Carradine was pretty darn good in Kill Bill. See the clip below for proof:
