As Jezebel pointed out, this year marks the 40th anniversary of Sesame Street-which makes me as pleased as punch. It also gave me an idea, instead of doing a top 10 list (Jezebel did a nice job with that already) why not post a Sesame Street video (or 2 or 3 or 4) a day for 40 days?
But not just any Sesame Street videos, videos that teach kids (and adults) about the issues and ideas we care about here at TakePart. When you look back it is kind of extraordinary how ahead of the game the good folks at Sesame Street have been.
Today, in honor of Pressure Cooker’s release in NYC, I am going to look at the issue of cooking and serving food Sesame Street style. I wish there was a real Grouch TV
