How could you not love James (Jimmy) Stewart?  And how could you not want to celebrate that he would have been 100 today!?

I remember him best and most fondly for this role in The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.  In the film he plays Ransom Stoddard, a man who believes in right over might and in legal justice over vengeance.

Of course he was amazing in many many films-Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, The Shop Around the Corner, It’s a Wonderful Life, The Philadelphia Story, Rear Window, The Spirit of St. Louis, Cheyenne Autumn, The Naked Spur and the amazing Vertigo to name a few.
