Well, today we’ve already caught up with one awesome vegetarian of awesomeness, so let’s do one more, hmm? I know, you’re pumped. Pitchfork brought to my attention this great video of Weezer, fronted by vegetarian Rivers Cuomo, doing a live version of MGMT’s excellent song “Kids” (original song here), one of the best songs of last year. It was shot on Thursday. I’m told the song they go into in the middle is “Poker Face” by Lady Gaga, a song I have not heard, but by an artist one blogger on TakePart swears to me is just phenomenal. So, there’s that. Enjoy.

For all the ups and downs Weezer has gone through over the last few albums, it’s awesome to see the band not take themselves too seriously, and just do something awesome. Okay, we’re done with the vegetarian posts for the day, I swear. Just one more omnivore post, later on. You can’t wait, can you?
