Michael Pollan spoke last month at the Georgia Organics Conference, and had a few choice words to say about the impact of industrial food production on climate change.  As my garden grows bigger every week, I am constantly reminded of the miracle of photosynthesis to produce food energy, which Michael smartly points out.  Watch the segment below, and check out the entire talk at Mother Nature Network

hello!!como estan? les escibo:ya que me parece muy bueno lo que estan haciendo… cuidar el medio donde vivimos es elemental… porque si no lo hacemos dentro de poco viveremos dentro de restos de nuetra nauturaleza… no tendriamos ningun tipo de aire puro y ni siquiera… SALUD…yo creo que si ponemos entre todos un poquito mas de entusiasmo en salvar el planeta(nuestro hogar!!!)y si se crearan nuevos proyectos,nuevas ideas salvatorias y refleccionarias y que atenten en las personas de forma inmediata para reaccionen y vean lo que esta ocurriendo con nuestro hogar y que hay que salvarlo y que aun estamos a tiempo,a pesar de lo dañado que esta!! sigan a delante
