GE Depicts the Results of an Efficient Power Grid

General Electric has had a spotty environmental record at best, but an new campaign suggests that it’s making major attempts to clean up its act.
In a new Smart Grid campaign that even Jack Donaghy would be proud of, GE has developed an interactive website illustrating exactly how much America can save by making the power grid more efficient. The grid accounts for up to 38 percent of the nation’s emissions, so reducing waste is absolutely critical to cutting back on our carbon footprint. The site highlights GE’s nationwide initiative to streamline the grid and how consumers from Hawaii to Indiana are taking advantage of it.
