I’m going to help Thiru Kumar, the famous (and Vendy Award winning) street food vendor hand out his delicious vegan food at a large Earth Day celebration - and I’m going to take public transportation there!
Also, this video was beyond great!!!
Eating vegan! 1/3 of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions come from food and agriculture with meat and dairy playing a HUGE part.

Yes! Great job,y’all! I carpool to work everyday, so I already feel I’m doing my small party, but there is always more that can be done. But shorter showers? C’mon!
My kids and I participated in the Earth Day “Film on the Fly” digital storytelling contest sponsored by the PBS affiliate in Orange County, CA, and submitted a video titled, “Go Green! Go Electric!”
