Disneynature’s Earth will be released nationwide on Earth Day, April 22. As if the movie itself wasn’t enough of a draw, Disneynature has pledged to plant a tree for every person that sees the film in its opening week!
The eco-doc comes from the visionary directors behind the BBC’s Planet Earth series, and tells the stories of three animal families as they navigate their way through some of the earth’s most spectacular—and most at risk—ecosystems. With narration by James Earl Jones (A la March of the Penguins), the film is a moving testament to why conservation is so important.
Check out their newest PSA with some great footage from the film, and takepart by watching Earth when it’s released next Wednesday. Still not convinced? See what children are saying about the importance of conservation.
