New Directors/New Films - one of my favorite annual film series starts this weekend. The series is hosted by The Film Society of Lincoln Center and MoMA and features films from new filmmakers from around the world.
This year they have films from 20 different countries and the line-up looks really good and full of films that bring new issues to light and new ways to look at the world in which we all live. Below you’ll find a complete line-up (the movies I am most excited for are in BOLD), links to the films, screening times and at the end of the piece there are links to various reviews/coverage of the series.
Also - be sure to takepart and support MoMA and then takepart again to support The Film Society of Lincoln Center
