“City of Hope” is the only organization of its kind in the United Arab Emirates providing shelter to hundred of battered women. With the help of the advertising agency JWT Dubai, City of Hope’s message was spread via free makeup kits distributed to women in shopping malls. The kits include a makeup brush with City of Hope’s hot line printed on it and the message : “Don’t cover up injustice. Speak” and each color in the palette is covered by a situation of abuse.
