We here at TakePart are big fans of both Arts Engine and Creative Commons. Both organizations use media to create change and work to empower artists. The video below illustrates how awesome it is when two individually awesome groups join up and collaborate. Watch to find out how Arts Engine’s Media That Matters Film Festival and the filmmakers have benefited by licensing their films under Creative Commons (and keep an eye out for the lady who talks about “the bee movie”)
takepart to learn how you can submit your own film to Media That Matters and then takepart to learn how you can support the work that Creative Commons does.
