Okay can everyone please keep their shirts on? Apparently Jack Sparrow is making Disney Girls gone Goofy. According to a former pirate actor Brandon Pinto, Disneyland management fired the four actors who played pirate Jack Sparrow because officials were worried about young female park-goers flashing the actors.
Pinto claims “they lost control when they saw Jack Sparrow. This is a sexy, rock-star pirate.”
Sexy, rockstar pirate? Alrighty Pinto, settle down.
Disneyland officials confirmed that the pirate was indeed fired but Disneyland spokeswoman Suzi Brown called the flashing accusations “absolutely false” and “simply not true.”
Don’t fret, if you really want to see some hot pirate action, you can still get your fix from the animatronic characters on the Pirates of the Caribbean water-ride. However, flashing robots isn’t going to be as fun as flashing a “rockstar pirate.”
And if you really want to get your dirty jolly’s at Disneyland I suggest checking out the cast of Country Bear Jamboree since those dudes aren’t even wearing any
pants.
Well, perhaps Disney can’t make the wishes come true for young ladies lusting after Pirate love but they do make wishes come true for over 5,000 children with life-threatening medical conditions through the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Many children wish for a trip to a Disney theme park or on a Disney Cruise. However, working with animators, meeting favorite Disney stars or visiting the sets of Disney films or television shows are also among the unique wishes requested. takepart and learn more about the Make-a-Wish Foundation at http://www.wish.org/
