New York Times film critic A.O. Scott’s Critics’ Pick this week is perfectly timed for the holiday. The film is Gabriel Axel’s Babette’s Feast and it tells the story of 2 adult sisters living in a small village with their pastor father and what happens when a French refugee comes to stay with them.
Click on the picture to find out how this Danish film about 2 sisters actually says quite a bit about food, family and celebration.
